Job Responsibility

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Provide end-user support, addressing issues via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems. 
• Perform routine system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups to ensure smooth system operations. 
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex or escalated technical issues. 

Skill Responsibility

Experience - 01 to 03 Years.

Good Communication

Education - Graduate in IT,  

Other courses - CCNA Course, Networking Courses and any IT related courses.
