Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time, junior-level position requires the candidate to assist with various accounting tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of financial operations. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience and be proficient in handling multiple accounting responsibilities efficiently.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with accounts payable processing to manage and verify vendor invoices (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of accounts (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience using QuickBooks for accurate financial management and transactions.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable management to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Ability to produce comprehensive financial reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Data entry proficiency to maintain precise financial records and documentation.
  • Understanding of SAP software for efficient financial operations management.
  • Bilingual skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
