Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CCTV technician to join our team. As a CCTV technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems for our clients. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients' needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring CCTV systems based on client requirements

Conducting site surveys to determine the best placement of cameras and other equipment

Running cabling and mounting cameras and other equipment

Testing and troubleshooting CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning properly

Providing regular maintenance and upgrades to existing CCTV systems

Responding to service calls and resolving technical issues in a timely manner

Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure successful project completion

Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions that clients may have

Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
