Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand's digital presence across platforms. This role involves planning, creating, and executing engaging content while actively managing all our social media handles. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, content creation, and digital trends, especially in the electric vehicle and sustainability space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data and analytics.
- Content Creation & Curation
- Create compelling and engaging content including graphics, captions, videos, reels, and stories.
- Plan and maintain an editorial calendar for consistent posting across platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to create diverse formats of content.
- Brand Building & Community Engagement
- Grow brand presence and follower base through regular interaction, trending content, and active engagement.
- Respond to messages, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and manage online communities, including user-generated content and influencer collaborations.
- Campaigns & Promotions
- Conceptualize and execute creative social media campaigns for product launches, offers, events, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams for promotions and marketing activities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify content opportunities.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze performance across platforms (reach, engagement, growth, etc.).
- Share monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use social listening tools to gather feedback and optimize content accordingly.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong command over content writing, visual storytelling, and digital trends
- Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools
- Ability to ideate original content aligned with EV and tech-savvy audiences
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting ability
