We are looking for a customer-oriented and solution-driven Support Executive to assist our clients by addressing their queries and resolving issues over phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide prompt, accurate, and effective resolutions.
- Understand customer queries and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product knowledge and service-related updates.
Requirements:
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to handle calls professionally.
