Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven On-Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with automobile dealers or car showrooms and a strong understanding of the automotive retail sales process. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential clients in the EV and automobile dealer ecosystem
- Manage both inbound leads and generate outbound leads through calls, networking, and
- Maintain and update lead records using CRM tools
- Client Interaction & Communication
- Initiate and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, showrooms, and partner referrals networks
- Conduct product/service introduction calls and virtual presentations
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, and WhatsApp to drive engagement and interest
- Sales Meetings & Demonstrations
- Schedule and conduct product demos and meetings as required (both online and on-field)
- Explain SearchEV’s platform benefits, pricing models, and partnership advantages to clients
- Provide tailored solutions based on each client’s business needs
- Conversion & Client Onboarding
- Close deals by converting qualified leads into registered and active clients
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly signed-up dealers and clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for account activation and support
- Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily records of calls, meetings, and sales progress
- Prepare weekly sales reports and update management on pipeline status
- Post-Sale Follow-up & Feedback
- Conduct follow-up calls with clients post-onboarding to gather feedback
- Resolve any post-sale issues in coordination with internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Sales, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in on-field sales, preferably in the automobile sector, car dealerships, or vehicle showrooms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles and interest in the EV industry will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B Channel sales or distributor sales is preferable
- Fluency in English and local language(s)
