Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning and driving product development initiatives for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, ensure the successful delivery of products, and drive continuous improvement. This is a mid-level position with a required experience of 4 to 6 years. The job location is Pune, Maharashtra, India. This is a remote, full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies
  • Knowledge of NFR testing process and frameworks
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, such as Amazon EKS, Amazon CloudWatch, and AWS Lambda
  • Programming skills in Python
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Oversee and manage project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Facilitate the integration of project teams with the NFR testing framework. - Configure setups for efficient project execution and testing processes. - Coordinate various aspects of the NFR testing process, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. - Demonstrate expertise in AWS services like Lambda, EKS, Step Functions, and Cloudwatch. - Develop and maintain scripts in Python for various automation and integration tasks. - Manage data effectively using SQL and NoSQL databases. - Maintain a basic understanding of ETL, Spark, and various DevOps tools.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead the product development process, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and prioritize features
  • Drive the product roadmap, making strategic decisions based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and guide product iterations
  • Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements through effective communication and documentation
  • Work closely with the engineering team to define technical requirements and guide the implementation of product features
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team is working on the most valuable and impactful tasks
  • Monitor and track the performance of products, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management
