Post : TL(Team Leader)/STL(Senior Team Leader)

Salary Range: 2.5 to 3 Lakh per annum +Monthly Incentives + Rewards (As per experience & Skills) 

Experience req – Min 2 Years to 5 Years 

Qualification: Graduate From any Stream

Duties/Responsibilities :

*Acquiring & Opening New Demat/Trading Account of Clients.

*Customer Handling and providing Beneficial Advice & Support to customers.

*Technical Support.

*Handling Team of TCSA’s , CSA’s &Sr. CSA’s  

*Driving Revenue – contribution

*Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members

*Set performance goals and objectives for team members and ensure they are met

*Monitor and assess the performance of the team in achieving sales targets

*Help team members stay updated on market developments and investment strategies.

*Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts within the team.
