Salary Range : 3.5 to 5 Lakh per annum +Monthly Incentives + Rewards (As per experience & Skills) 

Experience req – Min 5 Years to 8 Years 

Age Limit: 25-35 yrs

Qualification : Graduate From any Stream

Duties/Responsibilities :

* Broking industry experience

* Develop and maintain a long term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customers and focus on generating new business.

*Acquiring new business and revenue generation .

*Acquiring & Opening New Demat/Trading Account of Clients.

* Customer Handling and providing Beneficial Advice & Support to customers.

*Assign tasks and responsibilities to team leaders and ensure they are carried out effectively.

*Ensure that all trading activities on the floor comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

*Stay informed about market trends, news, and events that may impact trading decisions.

*Evaluate strategies and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

*Promote continuous learning and skill development among team members.

*Manage the trading floor's budget, including expenses related to technology, software licenses, and research tools.

*Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

*Encourage teamwork and cooperation among teams.
