We are seeking an experienced Assembly Fitter to join our team at a start-up recruitment and consulting company focusing on various sectors. As an Assembly Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. This is a full-time position located in Amod, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• ITI fitter certification or equivalent
• Experience in blow molding or machine building
• Good knowledge of plastic field and CIPET
• Strong mechanical engineering skills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit components according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Ensure accuracy and quality of assembled products
• Operate various tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Perform mechanical adjustments and alignments as necessary
• Troubleshoot and repair assembly issues
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment
• Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and deadlines
• Document and report any defects or malfunctions
