Position Title: Manager -C&S

Position reports to : VP- Market Operations

Qualification:

CA/ICWA/MBA (finance) or equivalent

Proficiency in excel and programming knowledge, preferably

Experience :

Minimum experience of 10 years in Exchange/Broking/Mutual Fund domain. Shall have experience in exchange settlement process and exchange compliances, bank reconciliation, handling audit. The candidate should be leading and managing a team of employees under him.

Activities:

·        Clearing & Settlement of exchange

·        Assessing financial risks and systemic risks and implementing processes to mitigate it

·        Computation and Processing of Member Obligations and intermediaries payments like transportation charges etc..

·        Processing of Tax Invoices and related compliances

·        Compliance and Inspection of Members
