Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive for our Shipping and Logistics division based in Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales efforts and expanding our client base by leveraging their expertise in the maritime transportation industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience of 4 to 6 years in shipping and logistics sales, demonstrating a proven track record of successful deals.
  • Must possess strong proficiency in market analysis tools for evaluating industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills essential for fostering favorable agreements and long-term client partnerships.
  • Proficient in customer relations management to enhance client interactions and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Expertise in conducting sales meetings effectively to pitch services and resolve potential client concerns.
  • Ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through tailored service solutions and reliable support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • NVOCC (Mandatory skill) is essential to ensure aptitude in non-vessel operating common carrier operations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of market conditions to identify trends and potential sales strategies to gain a competitive edge.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitable deals that align with company objectives.
  • Manage existing client accounts, providing exceptional support to enhance satisfaction and customer loyalty.
  • Organize and lead sales meetings to deliver compelling presentations of company services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure aligned service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize customer feedback and insights to recommend service improvements and innovations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
