Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled mid-level Sales Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. As part of our dynamic sales department, you will focus on expanding our shipping and logistics services, particularly in global markets. This full-time position requires a strong emphasis on business development and NVOCC, aiming to deliver world-class shipping and logistical solutions to our clients.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong business development experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing company growth through strategic planning and execution. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in NVOCC Sales, with experience navigating the complexities of non-vessel owning common carriers within international contexts. (Mandatory skill)
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to secure and manage beneficial agreements with a variety of external stakeholders.
  • Advanced customer relationship management abilities, with a focus on maintaining and expanding client networks and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Competent in conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends and assess competitive positioning within the logistics industry.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with diverse internal teams and external clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities to interpret logistics data and make informed decisions.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to increase operational efficiency and client satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance the company's market share in the shipping and logistics industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to maximize sales potential.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
