We are looking for an Enthusiastic and Engaged Tele-caller (Sales Background Preferred).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling Inbound and outbound calls.
- Responsible for lead generation
- Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.
- Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.
- Good knowledge of Sales.
- Responsible for achieving business targets through effective timelines.
Requirements
- The candidate should have 1-2 years of work experience in Telecalling or a related role.
- Excellent Verbal Communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi/Telugu is a Mandatory)
- Good working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Internet.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
