Saath.care is a next generation platform incubated by Scigenom labs.

We are creating a health tech platform that is going to better care for complex diseases like cancer, autoimmune disorders, hearth diseases and more. With precision medicine, genetic testing, end to end education, counselling and monitoring we are trying to end patient's woes in a period of their lives where they

shouldn't even bear an ounce of stress.

We are well funded and need someone to lay the foundations of HR processes.

We are rapidly hiring a team and creating systems and infrastructure. We need a HR who is a generalist and is ready to work fast to resolve any blockers in establishing the team, office and the company.

Work will involve,

• Creating Hiring Pipelines
• Finding Ideal candidates on LinkedIn, etc and following up on them
• Negotiating offers with potential candidates
• Helping with creating a diverse and inclusive culture
• Handling new employee onboarding
• Helping with managing office infrastructure and subscriptions
• Interfacing with Scigenom Labs HR office and founders office
• Handling reimbursements
• Handling onsites and team travel
• Creating and enforcing workplace policies
• Creating a safe space where employees can come and express their problems
• Managing social events
• And finally you will be responsible for future hiring in the HR Team and also hire people in admin, finance and IT, wellness as and when required.

That is a big list of things and the founding team will be working alongside you. We will also be quickly hiring new folks as and when the need arises.
