Job Overview

ScienceUtsav is seeking a STEM Workshop Instructor for our part-time internship position based in Mumbai and Pune. This role is perfect for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience interested in science event management. The successful candidate will deliver interactive science workshops, leveraging our unique learning tools and models. Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex scientific topics in an engaging manner (Mandatory skill).
• Strong public speaking abilities to facilitate workshops and interact with large groups of children and educators (Mandatory skill).
• Event management skills to organize and coordinate workshops and science events efficiently .
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality to engage young learners and stimulate their interest in science.
• Creative problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot challenges that might arise during workshops or activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitating engaging experiments with 6-14-year-olds through hands-on activities and projects.
• Utilize ScienceUtsav's in-house learning models and resources to enhance practical learning and understanding.
• Manage the inventory of workshop materials and ensure all tools and equipment are in working order before each session.
• Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to all organization safety protocols and guidelines.
• Delivering captivating science shows and fun programs at schools.
