Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our team in Mangaluru. This is a full-time position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic initiatives and expansion efforts, while maintaining strong client relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated ability in sales with a track record of achieving targets and closing deals (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate and persuade stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with diverse groups (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in market research to identify and explore potential business opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic planning capabilities for developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Familiar with lead generation techniques to attract and engage prospective clients.
  • Customer relationship management experience to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.


Roles and Responsibilities

1. Answer queries asked by clients who call us regarding our Science birthday parties after finding us online

2. Helping parents understand which is our best offering that will suit their requirements

3. Speaking to parents who enquire through our lead generation ads and landing pages

4. Working with the customer interaction team to get updates from clients

5. Using the CRM system to track our existing clients

6. Using automated software and tools to interact with clients
