Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the HR department in day-to-day operations
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update HR records using HRIS
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Conduct employee orientation and training programs
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
• Support employee relations, including resolving conflicts and issues
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
