Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position requiring a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in ISO 9001 standards and implementation processes (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive experience with root cause analysis to effectively identify and resolve quality issues (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and their application in a manufacturing environment (Mandatory skill).
• Certified Six Sigma professional with a track record of driving quality improvements.
• Knowledgeable in statistical process control methodologies to monitor and control production quality.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience in conducting failure mode and effects analysis to anticipate and mitigate potential failures.
• Proficient in using Minitab for data analysis and quality improvement projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and control processes to ensure products meet established standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Conduct detailed root cause analysis for any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality standards across departments.
• Monitor and review quality control measures and implement improvements where necessary.
• Oversee compliance with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and quality control staff in quality assurance practices.
• Prepare and present quality reports and analysis for management review.
