SBEE CABLES (INDIA) LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced PVC Compounding Operator for a full-time, senior-level position in Bengaluru. The candidate should have 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the field. This role is pivotal in ensuring the high standards of our products through expert handling of material compounding and execution of precise operational processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extruder Operation (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in operating extrusion machinery to achieve desired product specifications and quality standards.
• Batch Mixing (Mandatory skill): Skilled in accurately mixing compounds and materials, ensuring consistency and optimal product performance.
• Machine Calibration (Mandatory skill): Capability to calibrate tools and machinery for precise production requirements and efficient operations.
• Material Handling: Proficient in managing and transporting materials safely to meet production schedules and minimize waste.
• Quality Control Testing: Strong knowledge in conducting thorough quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Process Optimization: Ability to evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce downtime in the manufacturing process.
• Safety Protocol Adherence: Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe working environment by following stringent safety guidelines and practices.
