Job Overview

SBEE CABLES (INDIA) LIMITED is seeking a Senior Extruder Operator - Cable to join our team in Bengaluru on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience, up to a maximum of 10 years, in cable production and extrusion processes. This role will focus on optimizing extrusion operations and ensuring quality control to meet company standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in optimization of extrusion processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and product quality (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of cable production techniques, contributing to high-standard product output (Mandatory skill).
• Strong ability to implement and monitor quality control measures in cable manufacturing practices (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, identifying issues promptly, and implementing effective solutions.
• Experienced in using precision measurement tools like micrometers and calipers to ensure product accuracy.
• Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) operation for automation and control of manufacturing processes.
• Understanding and adherence to industrial safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies to enhance production processes and overall efficiency.

• Operate and monitor cable extrusion machinery to ensure efficient production in line with quality standards.
