We are looking for EMC/EMI Tester with below mentioned skill sets and can join us immediately.

Job Overview:

• Manage and carry out EMI/EMC tests as per various international standards such as IEC, EN, CISPR,ISO, FCC, MIL, DO-160 etc.
• Good understanding of test setups for various tests such as RE, RI, CE, CI, ESD, Surge, EFT, Impulse, V-dips & Int, H& F, PFMF, Telecom Surge, etc across commercial, MIL and Avionics domains.
• Good understanding on EMI/EMC aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance.
• Create and review test plans and test reports.
• Understand and follow the quality process as per ISO 17025.
• Ready to manage team of 8 members. Tracking of testing activities and responsible for deliverables.
• Read to educate the new test engineers in terms technical and quality related queries.
• Should have good technical knowledge on EMC.
• Knowledge on solving the lab test setup issues.
• Experience on audit demonstration as per ISO 17025 and knowledge on documents to manage the external and internal audits.
• Knowledge on ILC, PT, VOR and Inter-mediate check
• Candidate should be flexible to work in shifts and weekends

Secondary Responsibilities

• Handling measurement equipment’s like Spectrum analyzer, EMI Receiver, signal generators, Power meter & sensors, Network analyzers etc.
• Carry out calibration activity for various instruments
• Carry out feasibility studies and work on quotes
