Job Description:

• Solid knowledge and understanding of API's and SaaS platforms.
• Detailed understanding of Adobe Workfront object types including custom forms and approval workflows templates durations work effort planned hours
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Adobe Workfront Setup including access levels layout templates project preferences and other methods to achieve simplicity of end user design
• Maintaining and monitoring of API integration between Workfront and integrated systems like Eloqua, other Adobe products, MS products (Eg:- Outlook & Teams) including troubleshooting, system updates, quality assurance, version control, managing service outages and bug fixes.
• User Profile Management - validate appropriate settings, including layout templates, job role, team assignments, license, access settings etc.
• Creating and maintaining documentation, Types of documents may include standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams, release notes, etc.
• Ability to review and QA data from multiple systems with a high level of confidence and deep understanding of the impacts across those various systems; assist in user acceptance testing and quality assurance tests for new releases.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
• This will involve hands-on configuration work within Fusion to solve complex challenges
• This position will focus on the Content Lifecycle Transformation program
• Analyzes business problems across Marketing and Digital Content Organization and recommend solutions via Workfront Configuration and Fusion Automation
• Provides general maintenance and support for existing Workfront environment, including Fusion
• Investigates and understands capabilities of existing systems and technologies already in use across the business area to support business strategy going forward
• Contributes to future state system and integration strategy to support requirements
• Supports team members in related workstreams to remove obstacles and ensure deliverables are on track
• Help keep track of license usage and create SaaS spend management strategy
• Knowledge of API Gateway to integrate SAAS APIs with API’s hosted on Prem.
• Work with Cyber security team to remediate vulnerabilities for Workfront, Fusion and integrations.
• Hands on with REST services, Postman, Swagger and API troubleshooting using Fiddler, curl, and Browser dev tools.
• Knowledge of API Protection, API Governance, API Data Security, API Discovery, API Security Testing.
• Partner with Adobe Support and other HP interlock teams to resolve tickets abiding to SLA's.
