The planning managerwill work with the category team sell side teams to drive key merchandising and strategic decisionsthat influence the category PL Responsibilities:Category planner will be responsible for category specific planning activities on the following levelsAnnual / Long term plans Preparation of AOP (annual operating plan), Creation of assortment plansand brand seasonal buysMonthly / Short term plans Monthly target setting, inwards capacity allocation, OTB managementReporting KPI management Tracking category s key metrics, weekly/monthly/seasonperformance review and analytics support to category managers. What we are looking for:Skills Required:Strong problem-solving ability Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong Analytical Skillsand Process OrientationStrong in Data analytics Candidates should understand SQL and Python.
