Job Title - Accounts Officer

Job Description:

  • Accounting & Payment.
  • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
  • Vendor Payments.
  • Tax assessment scrutiny.
  • Finalization of Accounts.
  • Debit Note/Credit Note issuance.
  • Updating of Payment & receipt entries.
  • Preparation of collection report on daily basis.
  • Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
  • Filing of Documents.
  • Bank entry & coordination with the bank.
  • Preparing financial statements & handling statutory deduction.
  • Preparing MIS reports, invoice, invoice verification.
  • Handling Cash & Bank transactions.
  • Coordination with external CA’s.
  • Team coordination.
  • TDS & GST related work.

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

CTC: 2.75 - 3.50 LPA
