Manage significant monthly advertising budgets, consistently meeting or surpassing KPIs.

Create insightful performance reports and communicate regularly with clients.

Mentor and manage a small team of junior performance marketers.

Experience with Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.

Strong ability to provide clear, actionable insights directly tied to business results.

Stay updated with industry trends, new Google Ads features, and continuously suggest improvements to clients' strategies.
