We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Officer to drive sales growth, manage distributor and retailer networks, and expand market coverage. The candidate should have strong field sales experience, good communication skills, and a target-oriented approach.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Appoint new distributors and expand dealer network
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
  • Conduct regular market visits and area coverage
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Handle order collection, payment follow-ups, and outstanding recovery
  • Prepare daily reports (DR), sales reports, and route plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
