Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities
· Handle inbound calls & outbound calls
· Assure satisfactory level of service is being provided to customers
· Maintain a polite attitude towards customers when interacting on call.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Must be comfortable with answering multiple calls per day
· Good interpersonal skills
· Excellent English communications only
· Graduation is mandatory
· Undergraduate experience of more than 1 year on paper
