KRA - Purchase & Stores Executive

1.    Responsible for smooth functioning of both department, viz., Stores & Purchase.

2.    Ensure timely delivery of raw material with no compromise on quality as per requirement of production and at the lowest possible cost.

3.    Ensure the tools are provided in working condition and timely manner

4.    Co-ordination with Sales / Operation for dispatch status and its accessories.

5.    Ensuring usage of inventory to the fullest and keep it at minimum levels.

6.    Monitor and recording the movement of materials (inward/Outward) from stores

7.    Vendor Management

·       New Vendor development (Production and Non Productions Items).

·       Vendor audit (existing and new)

·       Vendor relationship management (existing for better facilities)

·       Vendor for Transportation (dispatch / outside vendor work)

·       Vendor arrangement & coordination for Maintenance (in factory)

8.    Developing innovative methods in stores and purchase department for time and cost savings

9.    Development of departments (Recruitment, T&D, PM)

10.                       Maintenance of relevant MIS pertaining to Purchase and store depts and  produce it before mgt from time to time.

11.                        Any other jobs assigned from time to time.

12.                        Good interpersonal skills
