Recruitment, New Joinee Onboarding, Joining formalities, handling staff enquiries, admin related works, AMC renewal, Office maintenance, courier send and follow up, first round of interview, telephonic interview,

1.    Monitoring and supervising housekeeping activities

2.    Arranging and monitoring of employees desk

3.    Maintaining office equipment, communication systems and electrical fittings

4.    Maintaining office premises, factory premises, including forecasting the requirement of preventive maintenance

5.    Monitoring the security

6.    Monitoring the attendance

7.    All admin related vendor management

8.    Booking hotel, tickets as and when required

9.    Paying all admin related bills (Telephone, internet, housekeeping, security)

10.                      Allocating the job responsibility on daily basis of office boys

11.                      Completing operational jobs, like maintain records, correspondence, liasoning with govt., inward and outward

12.                      AMC of all machines, equipment and other office fittings

13.                      Taking care of fish tank and dog related activities

14.                      Some purchase related activities as and when needed

15.                      Any other job assigned by management from time to time
