Job Description
• Achieving sales manager productivity and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the given sales team
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure
it’s strong presence
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales managers
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customers/ channels relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• To keep a close watch on early signs of delinquencies / defaults and proactively work on that
• Identify machinery dealers and Need to work on tie ups for regular business
• Understanding on Financials(P&L and B/S)
Key Performance Indicators:
• Sales Volume & SM productivity
• Product Mix & new market penetration
• Revenue which includes IRR, Fee & Insurance
• Adherence to business Processes like FTR & TAT.
• Infant delinquency
• External & Internal customer satisfaction
