KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for various positions.
• Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals, recruitment agencies, and networking websites.
• Regular Interaction with teams to discuss requirements for current and future positions and create the database for the same.
• Screening candidates on both soft and technical skills.
• Managing payroll and compensation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Post Graduate in HR
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and payroll management.
• Proficiency in various sourcing strategies and hiring portals including keyword searches.
• Proficiency in MS office suite- word, PowerPoint, excel.
