We are hiring for a leading Architect Firm

Job Description:

The incumbent will lead the projects team in planning, execution, evaluation, safety,

budget and quality management.

Lead the projects team in project development activities, engineering services and monitor progress

for timely delivery.

Setup and manage project development schedule, review and update processes to ensure accuracy

in alignment with the schedule.

Interact with project execution team and design team; identify and communicate design changes,

scope changes, schedule slippages with appropriate mitigation plans.

Manage the project basics for cost, schedule and progress, and ensure safety and quality

standards.

Responsible for periodical planning and execution at site, schedule intermediate phases to meet

deadlines, communicate with all the stakeholders in the project development to ensure accurate and

necessary information is shared.

Certifications – ensure client certification of BOQ measurement, raise invoices, certification of

vendor’s bills, payment follow-up with internal accounts, etc.

Evaluation – continuous site assessment for quality control, perform due diligence, ensure

budgetary control for costs and resources allocation.

Maintain and develop the sub-contractor’s and vendor development platform for building materials

and interior products, is a priority.

Role Requirements:

1. An architecture/Civil Engineering graduate with an overall experience of 8 to 12 years in the

construction industry of which 3 years in project management role, expertise in primavera.

2. Possess good knowledge about Construction practices and procedures; construction site

activities and market practices.

3. Leadership ability and strong analytical and management skills.

4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

5. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.

6. Ability to lead and mentor other members of staff and develop others.

7. Master’s degree in construction management would be an advantage.
