About Us : We are a leading provider of hearing solutions, focused on delivering high-quality hearing aids and support services to our patients. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager based in Nagpur to drive patient lead generation, appointments and strengthen our market presence through campaigns, doctor-visits and outreach efforts.
- Key Responsibilities Develop, plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (online & offline) aimed at generating patient leads and increasing appointment volume for our hearing solutions.
- Initiate and coordinate outreach with ENT doctors, audiologists and hearing-care professionals in the Nagpur market and surrounding areas to build referral pipelines.
- Organise and manage hearing camps, community events, and promotional activities to raise awareness and drive foot-fall.
- Monitor, track and report on lead generation metrics, campaign performance, appointment conversion, budget utilisation and return on marketing efforts.
- Maintain and analyse data in Excel (lead tracking, campaign spend vs outcome, conversion rates) to guide future marketing decisions.
- Work closely with the sales/clinic team to ensure seamless hand-over of leads, follow-up and maximising conversion of appointments.
- Manage local market intelligence: competitor activity, industry trends in hearing solutions, local consumer behaviour, doctor referral trends.
- Drive awareness and brand presence in the Nagpur market: local advertising, tie-ups, doctor engagement, patient testimonials, in-clinic promotions.
- Ensure communication materials (flyers, posters, digital content) are timely, relevant and aligned to our brand and offering.
- Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably 3-5 years or more) in the hearing aid / hearing solutions / audiology / allied health care industry.
- Strong network or experience in working with ENT doctors / audiologists / hearing clinics in the Nagpur / Maharashtra region is a big plus.
- Based in Nagpur (or willing to relocate/be local) – ideally someone who already resides in Nagpur and knows the local market.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel: ability to maintain sheets, generate reports, analyse data, derive insights.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-driven, target-oriented, comfortable meeting doctors/clinics and representing the company externally.
- Ability to work independently, travel locally for doctor/clinic visits, events and outreach as required.
- Comfortable with both field marketing (doctor visits, camps) and coordinating internal marketing activities (campaigns, tracking, reporting).
- Educational & Other Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
- Prior experience in the hearing aid / audiology / hearing-care sector preferred.
- Local market knowledge of Nagpur/Maharashtra region is advantageous.
- Valid driving licence or ready to travel locally as needed.
