The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to expand our market presence. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce for managing and optimizing sales opportunities and client interactions (Mandatory skill).
  • Outstanding negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals and manage client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in sales strategy development to plan and implement effective sales plans and campaigns (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software for managing customer interactions and data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting sales trends and business performance.
  • Demonstrated ability in team leadership, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Extensive knowledge in territory management to identify areas of growth, optimize resources, and expand market presence.
  • Solid background in data analysis to interpret sales data, assess market trends, and formulate strategic action plans.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share in assigned territories.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless service and support to clients before and after sales.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining performance metrics and market analysis.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, client communications, and overall pipeline management effectively.
