Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support for [product/service] installations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document and report service activities accurately.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
