Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Field Services Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing installation, maintenance, and repair services for our state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging equipment. The position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time opportunity. We welcome applications from candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electronic & Communication. Bio-Medical with electronic basic knowledge can apply.

• Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
• Ability to plan and organize travel effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair diagnostic imaging equipment such as CT and MRI machines
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide prompt resolutions
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and training sessions for customers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements
• Travel to various centre across India as required
