JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Title : General Manager – Sales / Head – Business Development
  • Qualification : MBA or BE in ECE/EEE/EIE
  • Experience : 12 – 20 years
  • CTC : 8.00 – 12 LPA
  • Reporting To : Managing Director
  • Location : Coimbatore

Head – Business Development will oversee of entire Business Development activities in order to meet the organizational business plan and developmental activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for formulating overall strategy to meet business plan of the organisation and establishing required policies required.
  • Prepare annual and micro level sales plan as per the management requirement.
  • Plan, coordinate and direct business operations to ensure the achievement of company revenue goals, maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth, implement plans to increase the profitability of company products and services.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Managing Business Development Managers and Sales to drive and develop to achieve the targets.
  • Provide feedback and make recommendations that increase the success of marketing efforts and the effectiveness of current marketing strategies at reaching target
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and MIS reports for Top management
  • Able to coordinate and modify sales plan as per the requirement and feasibility.

Requirements and skills

Strong analytical ability

  • Understanding of business acumen
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
