Desgination : Sr. Design Manager - {Structural)

I. Tender stage design services:

1.  Preparation of General arrangement drawings            

II. Execution stage design services:    

1. General arrangement drawings  
2. Drawing for reinforcement work details.
3. Modification of Drawings as per comments & design engineer
4. Preparation of BOQ & quantity summary sheet
5. Design discussion & Modification of Design & Drawing.
6. Preparation of as build drawings

III. Objectives:

1. Tender stage Drawings need to be as per tender stage concept of designer
2. Tender Stage drawings should cover tender scope of work 
3. DDC drawing should be as per codle requirement and as per Design Engineer
4. Repetition / revision/modification of drawings should be not more than 2
5. Task to be completion within the time period 
6. Client Feed Back report   
7. Turnover Target.   
8. Undertaking DDC services as per contract document
