Job description:

BMG is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team of dynamic professionals.

The right candidate will be able to proficiently perform the following work-related tasks:

· Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding all new associates for all positions. Ensures positions are posted internally, externally and to job boards, etc. Screens, coordinates, and conducts interviews with management, as needed.

· Responsible for record keeping related to new hires, employee reviews, separations, etc.

· Assists in the creating and evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.

· Support and address all employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.

· Ensures compliance with company HR guidelines, corporate guidelines as well as state (NJ, PA, GA,) and federal laws.

· Administers, monitors, and provides counsel on mid-year and annual performance review program, in a timely and consistent manner, to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and standardization within the organization.

· Support and maintain e-Time system and payroll-related activities

· Assist HR Head with gathering, communicating, and resolving employee concerns.

· Take complete accountability of HRSI Implementation.
