USA Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Work from office (Mon-Fri)

All the responsibilities to be delivered for US offices.

Responsibilities:

Use expert-level administration and optimization of hosts and servers to ensure high degree of availability and appropriate resource management.

Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware components, and routine tasks by clearly documenting design, maintenance, and support procedures.

Test software routinely for bugs, redundancies, and security issues.

Conduct high-level root-cause analysis of service interruptions and establish preventive measures.

Must be able to communicate/support users from USA (prior US experience is must)

Required skills and qualifications.

Experience with enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, WAN, LAN, IP Phone configuration and caching.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

Minimum 5 Year Experience with Job Stability

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in technology or computer science

Professional certification
