Job Description:

As a Legal Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing your expertise in US corporate laws, immigration, policies, paperwork, and work permits. You will work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure the efficient and compliant handling of legal matters. This position requires a strong foundation in US corporate laws and immigration, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research on US corporate laws, immigration regulations, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients and attorneys.

Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, contracts, work permits, and visa applications. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries, document submissions, and application processes related to immigration, corporate compliance, and work permits. Provide excellent customer service and maintain client confidentiality.

Compliance: Monitor changes in US immigration and corporate laws and policies to ensure clients' ongoing compliance. Advise clients on necessary adjustments and updates.

Case Management: Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
