Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Female Spa Therapist with expertise in Swedish and Ayurvedic massage techniques. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality treatments, ensuring guests experience ultimate relaxation and wellness during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Swedish and Ayurvedic massage therapies with precision, care, and professionalism.
• Assess individual guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and hygienic spa environment at all times.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming spa experience.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and special requirements.
• Follow all resort protocols and spa SOPs for hygiene, safety, and guest confidentiality.
• Stay updated with wellness trends and continuously enhance skills through training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, specifically in Swedish and Ayurvedic massage techniques.
• Relevant certification or diploma in massage therapy or spa treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a strong sense of hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to maintain discretion and a high level of professionalism.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star resort/spa environment.
• Knowledge of spa products and natural oils used in Ayurvedic treatments.
