Role involves working Voice (inbound & outbound) queues basis the alignment.

Need to understand the customer query/Concern & take appropriate action accordingly.

Grad with excellent Verbal English can apply

Good Communication in English is required

Salary -Up to 25k + Unlimited Incentives
