Designation - Customer Support Associate (Blended process) - US Voice/Blended Process

Shift - Rotational Night Shift & 5 Days Working with 2 week offs

Language - Spoken English Fluency is Mandatory

Qualification - 12th Pass and Graduates are encouraged to apply

Experience - Fresher's & Experienced Candidates can also apply

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Any International Voice Experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Should possess neutral accent and good adoption to US culture.
• Ability to resolve provider queries in the first point of contact.
• Focus on delivering a positive customer experience
• Should be professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic
• Should possess active listening skills
• Good data entry & typing skills

3 Final operation

Salary - CTC INR 2,80,000 for Freshers-20k

CTC INR upto 3,40,000 for Experience

Additional Benefits - 3500 Transport Allowance, PF, ESIC and periodical salary hike.
