Key Responsibilities:

• Problem Diagnosis and Resolution: Identify and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, networks, and other IT-related issues. 
• Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both technical and non-technical, to understand their issues and provide clear solutions. 
• Troubleshooting: Use a systematic approach to diagnose and resolve technical problems, asking clarifying questions and documenting solutions. 
• Knowledge Base: Maintain and utilize a knowledge base of common issues and solutions. 
• Escalation: Know when to escalate issues to higher-level support or technical experts. 
• Documentation: Keep records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions. 
• Reporting: Report common product and service complaints and feedback to relevant teams. 
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company's products and services. 
• Customer Service: Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during difficult situations. 
• Hardware/Software Installation and Configuration: Assist customers with installing and configuring hardware and software. 
• Account Management: Open and close customer accounts, and issue billing details. 

**Job Requirements :**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android operating systems.

- Familiarity with VPN technologies and network security concepts.

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Should be comfortable with Night Shift
• Comfortable with 5 days of Working
