Job description

**Key Responsibilities :**

- Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and servers.

- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve critical incidents and ensure business continuity.

- Document and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.

- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

**Job Requirements :**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android operating systems.

- Familiarity with VPN technologies and network security concepts.

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Should be comfortable with Night Shift
• Comfortable with 5 days of Working
