Inbound Technical support for telecom and software issues of U.K and US customer

24*7 shifts

Immediate joiners only

Required Candidate profile

Qualification 12th and above

Minimum 6 months of experience in voice process

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone

Strong problem-solving ability

flexible with shift
