**What Will you do: **
-Connect with customers who have abandoned their carts via calls, emails, and SMS to encourage completion of their purchase.
-Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to generate new business opportunities.
-Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand the reasons behind cart abandonment and adjust recovery strategies accordingly.
-Achieve or surpass sales targets.
-Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular updates to management.
-Develop and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
-Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth and improve conversion rates.
Skills Required
- Persuasive Communication: Ability to engage and persuade customers to complete their purchases.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing cart abandonment data to identify trends and optimize recovery strategies.
- Sales Techniques: Expertise in upselling, cross-selling, and handling objections during customer interactions.
- CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track recovery efforts.
- E-Commerce Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, and their recovery features.
- Marketing Automation: Experience with tools for automating email, SMS, and outreach campaigns.
Experience and Education:
- sales, e-commerce, or customer service.
- Experience in abandoned cart recovery or customer retention roles.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
