Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication skills.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English required for the job.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Requirements:

Experience Minimum 3 years to more of experience ( including minimum 6 months to more Experience in Any Sales If applicant have Intune tech expereince will give hike in Salary Package )
